This is an important topic to be discussed by all of us in this present era of violence. As you told meditation is the solution to terrorism, which is the biggest threat to world today. It is not only the solution to terrorism but also it worked quite well against all forms of violence. Meditation purifies the mind and helps to overcome weaknesses such as anger, greed, hatred, jealousy, lust, and egoistic pride. I too think that mass awareness of the power of meditation is a must today.

We should all know by now that sleep is one of the most important components of a good health. I wasn't aware though of what Benjamin Franklin said but I completely agree.

You’re right that the UN has been ineffectual. That is precisely why Mr. Jhawar’s proposed reforms are so important. It would give the UN the teeth it needs to accomplish the admirable goals it was created for.

I applaud Mr. Jhawar for coming up with solutions that are so simple and logical that you wonder why they haven’t been implemented already. How to get the UN membership to hear and take action on these ideas?
